Notifications Page Breaks Navigation/Layout for Many Themes

Description

When the notifications tab is clicked the navigation (Activity, Profile, Messages, Notifications, etc...) is either duplicated directly below the first instance, breaking the layout, or nothing is displayed at all. This appears to be the only component that produces this result. Tested in many themes with the same result, including Frisco, FirmaSite and IBuddy.

Those themes appear to be deriviatives of the bp-default theme.

The themes you listed need to update their themes so they work.
