Reset Ajax Filter for Members/Blogs/Groups search

Since some groups or members or blogs could start with a number, having A-Z is awesome but leaves out a few options, as well as the option to remove the filter all together without refreshing the page.

Also, it looks like the "selected" class is never removed from a previous selection, like if the user clicks on "j" and then on "b", both will show as selected.

Also, is it possible to grey out filters with no members? Like if I have no blogs that start with Z, I don't want it possible for a user to click on it and see the "no blogs found" message.

A - Z is removed from default template in 1.2, and the bottom was fixed in @2098
