Description
This might have been fixed in the trunk with all of the localization emphasis as of late, but I had a user make a post with an upside down question mark in the title, and I think the apply_filters in bp_activity_widget_sitewide_activity doesn't like the character.
I edited the upside down question mark out of the title, made a comment, and the feed worked normally.
