Original contextual help in Settings > BuddyPress > Components screen
"By default, all BuddyPress components are enabled. ..."
However, at least as of BP 1.9, there are 4 components which are deactivated in default BuddyPress activation.

Attached patch addresses the update to the contextual help for the components screen and enhancements to the contextual help in other Settings > BuddyPress screens.

Thanks for this, mercime. We've already announced a string freeze, and this is not a new issue in 2.0, so let's fix for 2.1.
