Missing class in body when admin bar is displayed

Description

Hi people,

When displaying admin bar, WordPress adds an admin-bar class to the body. It's really useful in order to style fixed headers, in this way you can add 28px (the admin bar height) to the top.

In BuddyPress this doesn't happen, there is no admin-bar class.
