Cannot delete avatars

Description
In the latest SVN RC-1 version, members cannot delete their avatars. The link to delete is showing, but performs no action. The URL for the delete action is:
https://blogs.example.com/members/auser/profile/delete-avatar/?_wpnonce=84dac70b75

My mistake. The avatar was a Gravatar and therefore cannot be deleted as it's hosted elsewhere. Maybe if it's a gravatar, the 'delete' avatar link should be hidden?
