Description

Quoting Paul:

we use "Create a blog" and "create a site" in several places. We should standardise on the terminology - I'm a fan of "site".

We should also do a spot check to see if there are any other places where we make this distinction and address it.

I changed 'Create a Blog' to 'Create a Site' where ever it made sense. I left function names and path names along. Diff attached.

Thanks, trishasalas! For future reference - there's no need to manually modify the language file. We have a bot that does that for us.

In 7352:

Replace mentions of 'blog' with 'site' throughout

This brings us into line with WP's terminology.
