Removing friend who not a friend shows incorrect message.

Description

When attempting to remove a friend who is not actually a friend, you get the message 'You have a pending friendship request with this user', rather than 'You are not yet friends with this user'.

This needs testing to see if the issue still remains, and a new/refreshed patch for current trunk. Should be a pretty easy ticket for a new contributor to try. :)

I'm the new contributor from WCEU 2017, and I sent my first (very easy) patch there !
I suppose it needs some testing anyway.
