    55If an idea doesn't get in you are welcome to try out concepts in themes or plugins (depending on what). I'd highly recommend that as a way of showing / prooving concepts. We can even look at some point to merge things like that if enough people think it's a good idea. However, there is no guarrentee.

    7 You certainly don't need to code PHP to help with this, however for templates you would need to code html5 and CSS3. You would need to also be aware of responsive layouts. If this isn't your skillset though, eyes are welcome on work apart from that though.
