Description

As mentioned by @djpaul there are missing people from the credits page:

ddean
dontdream
enej
hnla
MacPresss
markjaquith
Maty
will_c

The attached patch adds them in.

Thanks for patching Tammie.

Everyone else: I had gone through these earlier, and the credits screen contributor list is now up to date. If we prop anyone else before 1.7, remember to add them.
