Make activity status bar visible for visually impaired using text readers

Description

The activity status bar isn't visible via text readers. You move the mouse over it and nothing is said. I will submit a patch when I find this area in the code.

Can you describe what the activity status bar is? Do you mean the activity post form?

Do you have a screenshot to visually describe what you are referring to?

Our current activity post form and activity secondary and primary navigation - all have proper labels and other accessibility improvements. Big thanks to @mercime! So I'm closing this ticket, considering it's already done.
