[function.stripos]????? These popped up after I tried incorporating some company PDF files. HOW DO I or WE CORRECT THESE?

How did you add your company PDF files? What plugin are you using to do this?
BuddyPress core does not provide this capability natively.
Also, if you could list your WP and BP versions, that would also help.
