make BP compatible to new bbPress 2.2.3 group forum integration

Description

bbPress 2 is now fully integrated into BP group forums, but it seems that there's more integration necessary inside of buddypress.

Like I described on bbPress forums ​http://bbpress.org/forums/topic/2-2-3-wp-3-5-cannot-create-topics-in-groups/ the creating of new topics inside of a group forum doesn't work with buddypress compatible themes. It works with TwentyTwelve and others, but not with bp-default, bp-default child themes or older buddypress compatible themes.

the point is: both bbPress and BuddyPress have to be network activated or both not. If BuddyPress is network activated but bbPress not, the group forum integration doesn't work in BuddyPress themes (it does work in other themes like mentioned).

I think this was fixed in bbPress within the last couple of days. Can someone confirm?

This is fixed in bbPress trunk, for 2.3.
