confusing "Accepted" BUTTON after accepting friend request

Description

After you accept a friend request the Accept button turns in to an Accepted button. This button does't do anything and is confusing. It should just be a text and not a button.

Need to review this, but it's got a patch, so maybe good for 1.7. Otherwise punt.

(In [6663]) When accepting or rejecting a friend request, don't display a useless button. Instead, just show text. Props magnus78. Fixes #4696.
