Description
I added patch for contextual help menus. This one is for help pointers to guide a user when installing BuddyPress.

- Version 1.7
WordPress core seems not using them actively, not sure why. Plugins actually are.
It's good to have this for old installs though - when updated to the latest BuddyPress, when we add new page or option in admin area.
I suppose starting from 2.8 that will happen quite often (I hope so).
I don't see the need to have this for new installs, as they will get a welcome page with a link to BuddyPress Settings, where everything for them will be new, so they will investigate everything from scratch.

I don't see the need for pointers as well. Suggesting we close this ticket

I don't see a patch. Also, not convinced pointers are the way to go, or all that useful.
Moving to Future Release.
