Single activity permalinks already work, but ​JJJ wanted these template parts to reside in /activity/single/.

In the attached patch, I have moved:

  • /members/single/activity/permalink.php -> /activity/single/home.php (to be more inline with the members and groups components)

Let me know what needs to be tweaked.
