Description

This is the group. After commenting, the page get refreshed, but comment is not appearing

Activity has been turned off. Use the forums for support. Also, make sure to edit profile name different from your login name.

You misunderstood the original poster. This was a bug with BuddyPress.org, that is now invalid as we don't use groups here any longer.
