Description
I'm having an issue with the forums similar to what's described in this post:
I set up about 300 groups a few months ago. Was only using 2 of them for testing purposes and they worked. But when I tried using a different group to post a test post, I get the error message "This group does not have a forum setup yet".
I double checked that the "setup forum" box was checked. It was.
I tried unchecking, saving, then rechecking the box. Both from the admin panel and from the group itself. Neither worked.
If I create a new group, and check the box, the forum gets set up properly. I did this both from within a group, and from the admin panel.
Other data:
In the wp_bb_forums table, I only show about 30 forums. In the wp_bp_groups table, I have about 300 groups.
I need to enable the forums on all the groups without having to re-enter 300 groups again.
I amusing Buddypress 1.5.5 with Wordpress 3.4.2. I tried upgrading to version 1.6.1 but it broke a few other plugins that have custom coding in them, so I reinstalled 1.5.5.
Closing as invalid; bbPress 2.x will take care of this going forward.
