#4494 closed enhancement (fixed)

BuddyPress Update Wizard suggests using BuddyPress Default theme as default theme choice, even if site has a BP-compatible theme installed

Description

When running the BuddyPress update wizard, on the Theme screen, the default theme choice is set to BuddyPress default, even if a user has a BuddyPress-compatible theme already installed and activated. If the user already has a BuddyPress-compat theme, I'd imagine they want to keep it, so the default should probably be to keep the already active theme.

In 1.7, we are removing the theme selection screen from the wizard because we have template compatibility. Assigning ticket to John because we spoke about this recently but not sure if the commit has gone in yet.

This was resolved by John in r6343. The theme selection was removed as the theme compat negates this.
