The comment and favourite functions do not work

The comment and favourite functions do not work in the ACTIVITY STREAM, GROUPS or FORUMS. If you attempt to COMMENT in these or to choose FAVORITE you will be sent to the Studio Zen’s theme’s 404 ERROR PAGE.

I currently use a WORDPRESS theme and the most current WORDPRESS update. I have attempted an update the latest BUDDYPRESS but that caused calamity so I restored the prior version.

Those buttons do work in BP core with the default theme, so it's probably a theme or javascript problem. This is a support request rather than a bug report. For help, please start a new discussion on the support forums on http://buddypress.org/.
