Update causes avatar crashes and stops drop down menus

Description

Upgrade to latest version killes the avatars on the main admin bar
on the sitewide activity
on the profiles

Also drop down menu now is not working.

Please upgrade to BP 1.6.1. This bug should be fixed. See #4215

You have a support thread on the forums at http://buddypress.org/community/groups/how-to-and-troubleshooting/forum/topic/bp-1-6-upgrade-and-avatar-functions

There isn't a need to write a bug report and on the forums until the issue is confirmed by multiple people. As Boone says, we believe we have fixed this issue in BP 1.6.1.
