Toolbar problems on codex.buddypress.org

• "Edit Page" needs to be reinstated into the Toolbar as it's the main way people go to edit content on the Codex.
• "BuddyPress.org > Create New Topic" goes to http://buddypress.org/forums/new-topic/, which doesn't exist.

"Edit Page" needs to be reinstated into the Toolbar as it's the main way people go to edit content on the Codex.

Codex Pages have "Edit Page" links under the header now.

"BuddyPress.org > Create New Topic" goes to http://buddypress.org/forums/new-topic/, which doesn't exist.

This is fixed. The new topic page exists now.
