Profile wall errors

We have a website using buddypress plugin. Here are some errors we found;
When you view a users profile the profile information extends to the side bar. Also, when you try to view more of what a user has written on his/her wall, it goes to a page that says;

"Page not found
We're sorry, but we can't find the page that you're looking for. Perhaps searching will help."

Here is a link to a profile, clik on view and see what happens, also see the way the profile information extends to the sidebar, i have also tried using the main buddypress theme, but that did not help;

I believe this is either a problem with the theme you are using or you have a partially-upgraded BuddyPress install.

You said you tried using the BuddyPress Default theme and you experienced the same issue? If you did, can you try reinstalling BuddyPress with fresh files and try using the BuddyPress Default theme again?

About the sidebar, that appears to be a problem with your theme.
