Translation does not load in Wizard/BuddyPress Update

Description

In local install the translation does not shows up in Wizard/BuddyPress Update step-by-step.

Trying online the translations still does not shows up.

Right after activing, the yellow alert shows up translated but all the step-by-step never shows up the translation.

After the Wizard, the translation loads normally for all BP panels.
