Not able to customize buddypress plugins' css

Not able to customize buddypress plugins' css and would like to. For example a css file in buddypress plugin like bp-groups's directory.blogs.css file.

Don't modify the CSS, you should use the theme CSS to override the settings. Use the CSS cascade, that's what it's designed for.
