IE7 Admin Bar + Forum Breaking Admin Bar

I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug but I've noticed it over 2/3 different version combinations now. I've attached a screenshot to make things clearer. I only get this error at
"​http://[base url]/groups/[group name]/forum"
If i navigate to the forum topic everything is displayed correctly.

I'm running WPMU 2.7, BuddyPress Beta2 and latest beta of bbpress.
