Site crashed after installing BP

Description
After installing BP through the wp-admin interface the site completely disappeared… all I got was a “0″ at the top left corner. No error message, nothing. The site went totally off the air. I deleted the plugin through ftp and tried it again and exactly the same happened again.
I updated to WP 3.2.2 the other day, updated one other plugin today (Jetpack), and then this happened. Any ideas?
I have two sites that I am building right now. One had BP installed prior to me updating WP to 3.2.2. This one didn't have BP installed when I tried to install the BP plugin

This is almost certainly a memory limit issue, rather than a BP bug. Please continue troubleshooting on the support forums. If you are able to trace this back to a reproducible bug in BuddyPress, you may reopen this ticket.
