Add "Full profile" link to member list

I know...clicking on member name, or member profile image or practically anywhere on the block takes to member profile.

But some of us really are all that dumb, and it would be helpful to also include a link that specifically says "Read full profile" or some such...

This applies to both - Members page, and Group members list.

Other social-networking-type sites don't do this - they rely on clicking the username or avatar. See Facebook, Twitter, etc. It's easy enough to implement in a theme, or even with a simple function hooked to a convenient theme action.
