Disable avatar uploading on BP.org

In groups admin area admins can see Avatar submenu, that gives opportunity to upload files. All files are uploaded to /tmp directory (are they safe enough their?) but while trying to copy to appropriate folder in WP dirs we receive such message:

I understand why you disabled file uploading - but theт hide this submenu too, it's a matter of 2 php strings in the theme.

Should be fixed, with groups disabled now.
