Description

BuddyPress.org should had a valid ssl certificate or the server should deactivate SSL.

I don't think this is an issue. Where are you trying to use SSL for? Trac is at ​https://buddypress.trac.WordPress.org/ and SVN is at ​https://buddypress.svn.wordpress.org/
