Groups that have been recently created do not show in directory

I know. The group directory goes by 'last_activty' in group meta. Creation and destruction are the first and last activities possible. Creating a group should bump last activity.

Andy that is the problem. Users do not understand that after they create a group it doesn't show up in the directory. It doesn't matter how many times I explain that this is how that works. They don't care if it makes sense or not.

The directory is working properly. Don't think logicly. Think emotionaly. They want it to show in the directory when the go visit the public face of their shiny new group.
