show all comments incorrect comments shown when comment is deleted

Description

I noticed that after deleting a comment; one the show all comment link is not updated like the reply link is, with the new comment amount and two when you push show all comments it displays the deleted comment with the ajax loading class. When you try and delete the comment again you receive an error message "There was a problem when deleting. Please try again." I tried on bp-default theme and my custom theme. Both gave the error.
