Sitewide Activity Feed Actions Not Working

Description

Have noticed that plugins that subscribe to the new sitewide activity filter doesn't seem to be working. It seems to be working with the blog activity filter though.

Actually, no blog posts of any sort are making it to the sitewide blog feed. Looks like this might actually be a bp-blog issue, not activity feed.
