Description
Since the admin menus are getting switched around and placed under appropriate WordPress headings, should 'members' be changed to 'users' throughout BuddyPress?
I assume there won't be a separate menu for members when WordPress describes subscribers as users. Might be a bit confusing having two separate places for members/users.

It's confusing that the profile stuff will be under the user admin in the backend but the front is a members directory. It's really just semantics.

It may be confusing, but it's only the admin who will ever see the Users menu on the back end.

We haven't found a need to build a BP-specific user management panel into wp-admin in the 15 months since this ticket was last updated; and I agree that this is mainly semantics, but that the majority of the users on a BP site aren't admins and so won't ever see it. It's relatively simple gettext filter if someone did want to change it, though.
Good point. Let's discuss this when and if we decide to build BP-specific member/user control in the Dashboard.
(FWIW I lean toward keeping Members, which is more accurate for community sites, as it's clear that it refers to the people themselves. "Users" strikes me as ambiguous between the people and the accounts, an ambiguity which might be useful for WP's user management system, but is not very helpful for forward-facing stuff.)
