proposed Group creation descriptions

In order to reduce confusion in group privacy selections during creation the following is proposed as a replacement for current text:

1. Public Group
   1. Group in listed in directory
   2. Any member can join
   3. Wire and forum posts are recorded to activity feeds
   4. Wire and forum posts are viewable on the group page

2. Private Group
   1. Group is listed in directory
   2. members must request to join (group admin/moderator approved)
   3. Wire and forum posts are NOT recorded on activity feeds
   4. Wire and forum posts are NOT viewable by non-members on the group page

3. Hidden Groups
   1. Group is NOT listed in directory
   2. Members must be invited to join by group admin/moderator
   3. Same as c and d for Private Groups
