Description
BP 1.5.1 and WP 3.2.1 Multisite, BP in main site
The main site is listed under members' "My Sites" link in adminbar. When member clicks on My Sites > Dashboard, New Post, Manage Posts or Manage Comments links, error appears on next page generated
Notice: Undefined index: in /xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx.com/wp-admin/includes/menu.php on line 219
along with the WP error message per image attached.

mercime, could I ask you to test this against the latest trunk, with a new user? If it is indeed related to #3696 (which has now been fixed), it shouldn't happen for the new user. As for users who are already affected, I'm not sure that there's an easy way to go back and "fix" them.
