The "New Topic" button shows up even if you're not a member of a group.

Login to testbp.org and check out any group you're not a member of:

The 'New Topic' button and link shows up and you are able to post:
​http://testbp.org/groups/sandwiches/forum/topic/sandwiches-rule/

Is this a defect? It looks like the same is true for public groups in BP 1.2.x.

You're right! My bad! This was before #3610 was addressed so I was partially confused ;)
