Description

"Log Out" Button and a Notice are overlapping in BP beta 3 default theme (Actual Firefox or Safari or Chrome on a Mac). Only something cosmetic but easy to fix...

BTW: same in Windows 7 with Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

(In [5118]) Adds margin to sidebar-me div to avoid overlap with sitewide notices. Fixes #3555
