Cleanup screenshots - anti-alias text;)

Hi guys,
I know probably the least important thing is the screenshots compared to the rest of the codebase (obviously!) - but as a professional designer it breaks my heart to see non anti-aliasing on text on the screenshots in BP1.5-beta3

Whilst waiting for a server backup I took 5 minutes to re-create all the screenshots (see attached) and have re-done the text on each, have shaved off a bit of filesize too (nothing to write home about!)

Just helps to Make BuddyPress look more pro on the WP plugin repo IMHO.

It looked like that because I didn't care enough to figure out how Photoshop aliasing settings worked.
