Sticky topics reappear strangely in ajax

To reproduce:

  1. Goto: ​http://testbp.org/forums/
  2. Click any ajaxified link.
  3. Click the "All Topics" tab

Before step 1, stick topics are not all pushed to top. After step 3 they are.

It has to do with the do_stickies default and the way the ajax request works. I'm going to rework this a bit.

  • Status changed from new to closed

(In [5089]) Switch do_stickies default to false in bp_has_forum_topics(), and switch to true only when bp_is_group_forum(). Fixes problem with sticky ordering when querying via AJAX. Fixes #3537
