"Hide admin bar for logged out users" should apply to WP Admin Bar as well

Description

If the WP Admin Bar is in use and not the BuddyBar and if an admin selects the "Hide admin bar for logged out users?" option on the BuddyPress setting page, it should hide the WP Admin Bar as well.
