Confusion in TRAC: is BP 1.5 = BP1.3?

Description

I find it confusing that a lot of tickets in their text mention tickets/features for BP 1.4 and now we are at BP 1.5. So is BP 1.5 to be read as BP 1.3 when viewing tickets here?
