Activity Stream Post Button Not Displaying

Hi, I am running the most current version of both buddypress and wordpress. I currently am not using BBpress or Multi-site. This is a site using the Template Pack to integrate Buddypress.
Basically, the problem is the Post button is missing under the activity stream - see this page: http://www.discdevil.com/members/discdevil/. Meaning I can type an activity but have no way to post it. The strange thing is, the post button shows up just fine for replies to existing activities.
I have tried deactivating all other plugins, reuploading all the template files, etc.
I can't find any reason why this would be happening and nobody has responded to my support thread, so I am thinking maybe this is a bug of some sort.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
The BuddyPress Template Pack has not yet been released to be compatible with 1.5. You can test the 1.5-compatible development version at https://github.com/boonebgorges/bp-template-pack
In the meantime, please stick to the forums for support questions.
