    44+1 to remove #padder DIV too - I have to remove it every time!!

     6I'd be concerned about fixing widths on the default theme as Alan suggests though, this sould be left upto a child theme to do as the current default theme (BuddyPress 1.5Beta-2) is flexible width to a certain extent which works well IMHO as a default. Don't get me wrong - almost all the sites I design are fixed width, but as I said, this can easily be achieved within child theme CSS.
