When deleting the last comment there's always a bit too much space/air between the action buttons and the gray splitter.

Tested on testbp.org (Safari)

This is actually very tricky to do, because of the unlimited levels of nesting of activity comments (the padding is applied to the top-most <li>). Punting this to a future release unless someone conjures up a patch and because it's a bit of an edge case; a page refresh will clear the issue.
