BP admin bar display problem

Description

The upgraded 1.2.9 version of BP was installed today with upgrade of WP 3.2.

Now, when on the main site (not dashboard), the admin bar is called by php wp_footer and appears at the very bottom of the page, unformatted, vs in a bar at the top.

Example at http://findersfree.com/

This disappears when BP is deactivated or when php wp_footer is removed from the template. (But of course, I want to have the admin bar available.) It appears correctly in the dashboard at all times.

This appears in Chrome and FF. Screenshot (Chrome) attached.
