Update BP admin menu logo for WP 3.2

Description

The BP menu logo (​http://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/bp-core/images/admin_menu_icon.png) needs to be refreshed for WordPress 3.2, as there appears to be white pixels around the edges that aren't transparent. This shows up on the new WordPress 3.2 admin style and doesn't look good.
