BP multi-network BP_ROOT_BLOG

One last thing we need to do for running BP in multiple networks in the same WP install is change the default root blog to be the main site in the current network.

We also need it to finish off the work in #2952

Also, the installer/upgrader does not use bp_core_get_table_prefix().

With the installer patch I have a functioning multi-network plugin (which might need some tweaks).

(In [4390]) Sets BP_ROOT_BLOG based on current site's primary blog, er, current network's primary site. You get what I mean. References #3228. Props wpmuguru
