xprofile field data & auto links

Description

In td.data cells with bp_the_profile_field_value() where the data is rendered in a 'p' tag the auto link feature wraps the anchor around the paragraph tag. Point? Obviously inline elements may not enclose block level ones.

Checked this on 1.2.8 and 1.3

Just added /tested patch on 1.3 looks fine now.

Sidenote: used to be the case that reporting /creating a ticket would automatically email notifications of changes, this does not appear to be happening, so difficult to track things, is this a consequence of changing tickets to 'Pending review'?
