Description

there is a great need to be able of buddypress to be multilingual with availability for users to choose this even if they are not logged in members.

a cool feature would be to make possible for user to choose between all the language files present in install

Seems like an area for a plugin to fill given that it's a bit of a niche request, but I don't want to close it of it's on the roadmap, just not listed at http://buddypress.org/about/roadmap/.

I *think* WP core had? had? plans to eventually expose a per-user language choice, rather than a per-site choice as it is currently. @boonebgorges ring any bells? If so, let's close this ticket.
